B Town Sound is a recording studio, rehearsal space, and venue in an urban and industrial area of Burlington, ON. We have had the pleasure of hosting numerous events for businesses, art galleries, silent auctions, charities, cocktail parties, weddings, showers, fashion shows, CD release parties, and video productions. We have the capacity for an 90 person event. We provide a bar with wine, beer, liquor, and specialty drinks, canapes, decor, and live entertainment!

 

You may provide your own food and entertainment or we will assist you with this service. Please contact us for a walk through of our venue.  This will definitely be a different event location than anywhere else you may find.

Package pricing are for 5 hour events. Please email for a custom quote for less time or a non-alcoholic events.

Cost of SOP (Special Occasion Permit) - $50 for NON-SALE event and $150 for SALE events. Max 90ppl. Event Insurance $125 with alcohol.

Build your party any way you choose. It's your day, so you tell us what you want!

You don't want a fully cash bar, but you also don't want to have an open bar. Some older folks who wont drink as much and some party animals will drink the bar dry. What is the best balance? You can choose to pre-buy two alcoholic drink tickets per guest and then when the tickets run out it becomes a cash bar. Want catering? Cool! If not, feel free to bring in your own food. Anything else you need, just let us know.

Then someone hands you sparkling wine as you enter the wonderfully decorated Live Room fully customized to your theme. The Chefs are working hard in the kitchen as wait staff is endlessly bringing you delicious canapes. There are so many beautiful decor items to see, but you are longing to move. Just then, the live band kicks into a phat beat and you are grooving on the dance floor. You and your guests are loving the atmosphere and of course taking advantage of the open bar! Eat, Drink, and Dance the night away like the Legend you are! Finish the evening with you and your partner romancing at a hotel, just a few blocks away.

Includes your choice of bar service or simply pre-ordered bottles of wine for the tables, room rental, stage for entertainment, lighting, professional sound system, buffet tables, candles, and event manager to help prepare and attend event. Rentals may include rounds, long rectangle dining tables, chairs, linen, place settings  (you choose colour), and delivery/pickup. You may provide your own food and music (iPod, DJ, Band) or we can recommend catering and entertainment.

Our birthday parties are fun and exciting, along with a great experience for your birthday child, teen and guests...

 

We bring across a popstar like atmosphere and give you the chance to see what it would be like to be a real popstar in a state of the art recording facility.

 

Our hosts are available to help you and your guests along the way to popstardom by glamming up with makeup, glitter and fun props. They are performers and have many great tips for singing as they guide you to recording fun! Our goal is to have your party be a huge success with lights and dancing to your favourite tunes.
